If they are very thin they need much more sex or they will never be happy and fat. There is a big difference between the stiff upper lip and the floppy lower lip. In Britain the lower lip is more continental and likes coffee, cigarettes and kissing. But the upper lip is more English and is concerned with Received Pronunciation.
