| WATERWORKS Nine Super-8 loops are projected side by side onto a long screen. The earliest Greek philosophers of Miletus had attempted to understand the spectacle of transformation and change; recognising that things did not come from nothing or pass away into nothing they were searching for that thing which could take so many shapes. The oldest of the philosophers, Thales, thought that it was water. |
